So I found a new thing that I forgot about pregnancy. When my face flushes during exercise it stays red for a LONG time after I finish. I was feeling well enough last night that I decided it was time to get back on the treadmill. My husband and I were training for a marathon when I got pregnant and I want to continue running. I just won't continue increasing miles or intensity. Anyway, an hour after I finished my body was definitely cooled down, but my face was still radish red. I seem to remember that that's not bad. I certainly hope so. I'll ask my dr when I see him in January. I ran for 27 minutes before deciding I was done. I used to run 30 min, but I've been sick. Wah, wah, wah. I figure I'll get back up to 30 next week.
Prediction: morning sickness will start in the next week. My appetite is increasing rapidly and I don't like to be without food. I think that's an indicator for me.
