I am saddened to report a loss in the family. Our dearly beloved camera went missing sometime between the 1st and 2nd of November and is presumed lost forever. Its constant presence in the diaper bag will be missed, as well as the SD card that held all the pictures. In our hour of grieving we are comforted to know that I had already copied the last of the pictures of Eliana onto Picasa before the camera passed into the unknown world. Perhaps the camera may be found again, but we are fairly certain that we will simply need to move on and find another. One with a faster shutter time. I would ask for a moment of silence out of respect for our loss, but I'll just post a few of the pictures the camera took as a memorial.
This is Eliana's nastiest diaper to date. I only took the picture as a way to show Eric that I change the yucky ones, too. This picture does not do it justice, as you can't see the back.
Eliana is looking at the mobile on her Pack N Play that we use at work. Those bears are really creepy when they are hanging over your head. At least that's what I thought when I put them over my head. I think she thinks they're creepy, too. She was nine weeks old in this picture.
Just a shot of her in her green crochet hat. I did not make it, but I did get it for free. Isn't she cute at almost 10 weeks old?Last but not least is a video of Eliana enjoying one of her many books. This video was taken when she was almost 8 weeks old. Now, seven weeks later, that onesie is really tight on her and the pants fit perfectly. How time flies. Look at all that dark hair. Most of it has fallen out now to be replaced by blonde/light brown hair. I would post a picture of her hair now, but I have no camera. Sniff.
