Eliana is getting bigger every day. Thus far she has been sleeping in a bassinet next to our bed. You can get bit of an idea of size difference from the pictures. The one on the left is at one week old and the one on the right is at 16 weeks old (taken this morning). She is coming ever closer to being too big and weighing too much to sleep there anymore. Aside from that, there is a baby in Nevada to be born in December that will take over rights to the bassinet. In preparation we have been putting Eliana in the crib to sleep. She doesn't seem to mind. She has, however, taken up a new sleeping position. We usually swaddle her for the night, but haven't recently in an effort to get her used to not being swaddled. Since then she has decided the proper placement for her hands is behind her head. Eric says she looks like she is sunbathing, while I say she's striking a supermodel pose. You decide.

What a cute little position! :)
That is so cute! You know, we still lightly swaddle Ella at naps. At night she sleeps in a "sleep sack" which zips up around her (arms free) so that she can't kick off the blanket in the middle of the night.
