Twenty-Seven Weeks

Weeks along: 27
Weight: 205
Waist: 40.75
Symptoms: People seem to think I should be feeling more symptoms than I am. Everything is fine and I'm not in a hurry to get to the most uncomfortable part of pregnancy. The baby seems to be moving like she should (although I haven't bothered to do the whole "count the kicks" thing) and the movements are getting stronger. I've felt shortness of breath only once, but I think my clothing was too restrictive. Not good for a 6-months-along mommy.

Eric and I went crib shopping yesterday at Burlington. We decided the one I saw and liked online was the one we want to go with. It has a trundle drawer for storage and, even better, an attached changing table with additional room to store stuff. We liked the design, the finish, and the price. The changing table comes with a pad, which is nice. Once the crib is being used as a headboard the changing table detaches and becomes an end table. There is even a matching dresser that makes a full bedroom set later. They are on sale until June 1, so we will probably buy it as soon as the economic stimulus money comes in. Hopefully we get ours before then.
